Incogni
Incogni covers 420+ data brokers on all paid plans, a figure independently verified by Deloitte in an August 2025 assurance report. No free tier, but no confusing plan-tier coverage gaps either: what you see is what every paying customer gets. Good default choice if you want broad coverage without researching which plan unlocks which brokers.
DeleteMe
DeleteMe’s removals are more human-run than automated, which some readers prefer, real people verify and submit requests rather than a purely automated pipeline. The catch: the widely-quoted “750+ brokers” figure includes hundreds only covered via custom requests, meaning you have to find and submit those listings yourself for DeleteMe to act on them. The Standard plan’s automatic coverage is closer to 100 sites.
Optery
The only one of the four with a genuinely useful free tier, you can see your actual data exposure across sites before paying anything. Paid tiers scale from $3.99/mo (basic automated removal) up to $24.99/mo (unlimited custom removals). Good if you want to evaluate your exposure first, or if a budget tier is a priority.
Aura
Aura isn’t just a removal service, it bundles data broker removal (200+ sites) with three-bureau credit monitoring, dark web scanning, a VPN, antivirus, and identity theft insurance. That makes it 3-4x the price of a dedicated removal-only service, but if you’re already shopping for identity theft protection separately, the bundle can work out cheaper than buying both.
